An intro call is thirty minutes with an advisor — you talk, we listen, and both of us decide whether there’s a fit. No documents required, no obligation.
What to expect.
Before the call — nothing. You don’t need statements or spreadsheets; the first conversation is about you, your goals, and the questions you want answered.
On the call — we’ll ask about the shape of your finances, what prompted you to reach out, and what a good outcome looks like a year from now. You should ask us anything: how we’re paid, how we invest, who we serve well, and who we don’t.
After the call — if there’s a fit, you’ll get a plain-English summary of the engagement we’d propose. If there isn’t, we’ll say so and point you somewhere useful. Either way you keep the clarity.
Already an Xel Advisors tax or accounting client? Mention it — your advisor and your CPA can join the same review, with your permission.
Where clients find us.
We meet clients at our office in Ontario, California, minutes off the 10 and 15 freeways — convenient to Rancho Cucamonga, Chino, Upland, and the wider Inland Empire. It is our only advisory location. Clients in Oregon work with us by video: the planning portal carries the documents, so a review runs the same from anywhere we’re licensed.
